Support Center - View Tickets

In your control panel within the SUPPORT CENTER link, you can VIEW TICKETS.  You can keep up with the status of support requests in this area of the control panel.  If you submitted a support ticket, it will be viewable here.  You can keep responding as long as the ticket remains open, if you wish to update or change data.  The support ticket can be closed by yourself or the support team.

This is an example of a support ticket status once a ticket has been submitted.  The Title is a clickable option to allow drilling down on the actual ticket to review the message(s) as seen in image 2.




You can respond or add to this ticket as long as it remains in the open state.
