Prior to domain transfer, you may use MAIL.ZEONHOST.COM as your incoming/outgoing server

FTP

Username: is all lowercase and is only 8 characters max. If your Control Panel username is JohnSmith11, then your FTP username is johnsmit

FTP Host: Your-domain.com (prior to domain transfer, use the IP address found by clicking on your domain name in your Control Panel)

Passive Transfer: Optional. Enable if difficulty connecting.
